Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, and fulfillment location.
Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Peak season demand
- Labor shortages
- Government actions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Multiple Shipments
Products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers, suppliers, or warehouses.
As a result, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
Additional shipping charges will not be incurred by the customer for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Hoppy Pawz is not responsible for delays, losses, additional costs, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order has already entered processing or shipment status, address changes may not be possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Hoppy Pawz is not responsible for packages that are reported as lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was damaged upon arrival;
- The item received was defective; or
- The wrong item was shipped by Hoppy Pawz or its fulfillment partners.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance costs, and other service-related charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Hoppy Pawz is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment status, it may no longer be canceled.
Any approved cancellation will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
